Ø      Noticed an increasing number of DVT in recent years

Ø      Currently using compression stocking (mechanical prophylaxis) for DVT prophylaxis.

Ø      Worry on the bleeding risk of using Clexane for ICU patients especially those with high bleeding risk (e.g. sepsis patient with long clotting time).
